Product description
A variety of olive tree for oil that ripens slowly and has a best harvest season from mid-January to early February. The fruit is small, oval or spherical in shape. Its characteristic is its resistance to high altitude, infertile-stony soils, in soils with salinity, in cold and in strong winds. It grows well in all soils, even in infertile-stony soils, but it performs much better in relatively fertile soils that retain enough moisture. It prefers soils with a pH of 7-8, but it also tolerates slightly acidic soils.
