A white variety with a pink color that has been cultivated throughout Greece since ancient times. It presents various variations depending on the place of its cultivation. It is a very lively and productive variety. It shows good affinity to most used substrates. It is formed in a cup but also in a double-sided linear shape. It is pruned low to two or three eyes. It likes soils of medium to light texture, with the presence of calcium and with some altitude. It ripens in the third ten days of September and can give us remarkable aromatics, with good acidity, dry wines.
