Fenugreek, is a plant with a height of 10-15 cm and three-leaf toothed leaves. Its fruits are rubbed and added to pastourma and in combination with garlic gives it this characteristic smell, while if cooked it is milder and if dried it becomes somewhat spicy. In the kitchen, it is added as a powder to various meats, chicken, vegetables and meatballs. Tip: Try adding some grated cement to the baked potatoes. You will be surprised!!!
