Trees, packaged roses and perishable products in general which may lose moisture with a consequent loss of quality and consequently price, are not returned.
Products such as seed potatoes and crockery, which are charged by weight are non-refundable.
Packaged seeds that have not been opened are returned after 5 calendar days. In the event of a return or refusal of receipt, the sender - customer shall bear the costs of transport. In this case, the money (difference in value minus the shipping costs) is returned after checking the receipt of the returned goods to an account indicated by the customer.
Packaged fertilizers are returned, but the customer is charged for shipping.
