Note: It spread to Italy in the early 1900s, in the regions of Trentino and Piedmont where the first cultivations started already after the war. Extremely rustic and scab resistant, so ideal, in our opinion, for family orchards or organic crops. Another important factor that favors this apple is its very low sugar content, which makes it ideal for diabetics. Perfect for cakes or to eat cooked.
