Apricot Cibo del Paradiso is a very ancient variety, very widespread, that exists in the north of Bari.
Medium-sized fruit with an average weight of 50-60 grams. Shape oblique, slightly asymmetric, slightly depressed top, moderately wide and deep foot well, slightly sunken seam line.
Smooth splash skin.
The pulp is light yellow-white in color with an excellent "Paradise" taste, sweet and moderately acidic.
Maturity July 15.
