The apricot 'Rubini Maria' is a tree with medium-sized fruits, with a light orange skin and pulp with an excellent taste. The fruits ripen at the beginning of July. It is an excellent variety.
The fruits are rich in flavor if eaten fresh, while they are used in the preparation of syrups and jams, they are also suitable for savory combinations such as sauces with red meats.
Small tree with a rounded top that widens over time, reaching 6/8 meters tall at maturity. The white flowering is early (late February - early March).
