'Nordbrau' Humulus lupullus is a highly aromatic hop variety with egg-shaped flowers like green fruiting cones. As it is a climbing plant, it will perform best with a support - be sure to provide it with a trellis or stake.

The female flowers are the ones used in the preparation of beer (brewery) to which they give its bitter taste and have aromatic and preservative properties.
