Its fruit is medium to large in size and pear-shaped. The bark is thin, smooth, with a greenish-yellow color and a red tint in the part exposed to the sun and with numerous black-red spots. The flesh is white, soft, juicy, aromatic and tasty. It ripens in August and keeps well. It is considered the most widespread variety of pear in the world, it is suitable for table use and excellent for canning.
