Topend Plus is a large excellent late ripening fruit in September. Blooms early but with good frost resistance. Partially self-fertile, so although it will produce a small crop on its own, a pollination partner such as Jofela, Topfive is recommended. Topend + is a very late plum variety, which ripens until mid-late September and can be harvested over a long period of time. The fruit is oval to oblong and usually over 60 grams each !!
Dark blue skin with greenish-yellow, firm and juicy aromatic fruit. Resistant to Freestone and Plum Pox Virus TopEnd Plus are late ripening plums with a perfect balance of brix and acidity. History: Developed by Professor Helmut Jacob, Geisenheim Research Institute, Germany in 1994.
