Psidium cattleianum. It comes from Southeast Brazil, in areas with an altitude above 1200 meters.
- HEIGHT: 1-5 meters.
- FRUIT: shades of yellow and red. They are 2-4 cm in diameter. The fruits are ready in summer.
- TASTE: sweeter than the other varieties (reminiscent of strawberry). Intense aroma.
- USE: usually eaten raw, but also used in salads, juices and sweets.
- RESISTANCE: this is the most resistant variety as it is characterized as the easiest to manage. It withstands -5 C.
