Mango Ataulfo or Mango Champagne or Mango Honey
This small, yellow-skinned mango was the result of cross-pollination from several cultivars in the southern Soconusco region of Mexico. The flesh is deep yellow, smooth and fiberless, and very sweet with a delicious spicy flavor.
Also known as Honey Mango, because of the sweetness. Awesome when ripened on the tree.
