Product description

'Suntropics'® passion fruit (Passiflora edulis) forms brown, juicy fruits. They are round and have a sweet, exotic, aromatic taste. The well-drained, loose soil and sunny to partially shaded location create optimal conditions for a high-yielding harvest from September. Its bi-colored, lightly scented flowers are also a beautiful sight.

Leaves

The evergreen leaves of Maracuja 'Suntropics'® are shiny, lance-shaped. 

Flower

Passiflora edulis 'Suntropics'® produces wheel-shaped, bicolor flowers from May. These exude a light fragrance and grow to a size of about 1 - 18 cm.

Fruit

Passiflora edulis 'Suntropics'® forms brown, round fruits.

Location

Preferred location in a sunny to semi-shady position.
