Gray Levantine (Santolina chamaecyparissus) is a bristly, evergreen shrub, with gray-silver, aromatic, delicate foliage and dense flowering with small, yellow flowers. Its leaves and flowers are collected, and it is used as a decoction to expel intestinal parasites, for air freshener and insect repellent and also in perfumery. Levantine Grey:
