Songold Plum - botanical name, cultivar Prunus domestica "SONGOLD" - produces large, conical-shaped fruit with greenish-yellow skin that often turns bright red when fully ripe. The flesh is golden yellow, sweet and delicious, semi-melted, firm texture. The small seed comes out easily.

The fruit ripens from the beginning of August and grows with a height and spread of approximately +4m by +4m. This fruit tree is a vigorous, vigorous grower with good production, has a semi-erect spreading growth habit. They like areas with cold, frosty winters.
Plum trees are beautiful in Spring as they are covered in blossoms, making an excellent ornamental shade tree for smaller gardens.
