Maturation
Very early, with very rapid tuberization. It can be harvested in about 80 days

Round to oval, large uniform size, rather shallow eyes, yellow skin, slightly yellow flesh and very high yield.
Foliage
Nice type of foliage with good growth. Although the foliage is somewhat open,
however it has good ground cover and keeps longer than would be expected for an early variety. White flowers, with few berries.Illnesses
Resistant to chrysonematode (Ro 1 and Ro2). Very resistant to leaf powdery mildew and extremely resistant to tuber powdery mildew. Very resistant to actinomycosis.
Slightly susceptible to viruses Y and A and highly resistant to leaf curl virus and virus X. Resistant to Fusarium.Quality
Very good quality for the consumer, cooking type AB. Does not discolor after cooking.
General characteristics
Carlita can be grown in all types of soil and requires more nitrogen than normal. In early areas such as Messinia, Achaia, it can be planted in the second and third ten days of January and in Preveza in the first ten days of February. In the rest of Greece, the ideal period is March, April.
