It produces yellow-orange fruits mainly on annual canes.
It grows between ten and twenty reedy shoots about 1.5 m tall, light green and covered with many tiny thorns.
It produces ball-shaped, shiny, medium-sized and compact fruits. Depending on the stage of harvest they are from pale yellow to dark orange in hue, full of flavor and can be enjoyed raw directly from the plant.
It can be harvested from the first week of August, its harvesting period usually lasts 3-4 months!
