The tree is vigorous, irregularly shaped and very durable.
The leaves are half pentalobed and then trilobed, but with shallow lobes.
The mid-July fruit is large, with a long, prominent neck.
The peel has a very intense yellow-green color.
The pulp is pink, sweet, but not very aromatic and with large achenes.
The skin is always a very deep yellow-green color with few open ribs.
The pulp is pink, sweet and more aromatic than that of first time fiorone.
The former begin to ripen in mid-July while the latter ripen from mid-September to early October.
