Product description
The strawberry is a perennial, mainly creeping but also climbing herbaceous plant with a central stem of low height, from which leaves, flowers and fruits emerge. Its hairy compound leaves consist of 3 leaflets whose margins are serrated. Its flowers are white, monogenic or even hermaphrodite and grow in small inflorescences that start from the axils of the leaves. As time passes the roots of the plant become woody and develop offshoots that take root and grow new plants. The fruit of the strawberry is complex and consists of an inflorescence that has many small spores on its surface. There are many varieties of strawberry, depending on how early or late they are and depending on whether they produce once or more times (double and multi-fruited varieties) within a growing year.
